What We Look For
Create high fidelity motion design for digital products, brand visuals and marketing content
Design smooth micro interactions, transitions and product animations
Collaborate with product designers and engineers to bring static designs to life
Build motion systems that elevate the overall design language
Produce short form marketing videos, app previews, concept animations and launch visuals
Maintain a consistent, premium motion aesthetic across all projects
Work fast, iterate quickly and deliver production ready assets
Responsibilities
5+ years of professional motion design experience
Strong experience in product motion, UI animation and digital storytelling
Solid After Effects, Figma, Lottie, or similar workflow skills
Portfolio filled with real shipped motion work, not only concept edits
Ability to create visually clean, high end motion with purpose and clarity
Experience collaborating in remote teams with clear communication
Understanding of timing, easing, transitions and motion principles at a professional level
