What You’ll Do
Lead the end to end product vision, strategy and execution across multiple products
Define product direction in collaboration with founders and senior leadership
Translate market insights, user behavior and business goals into sharp product strategies
Build and manage product roadmaps that are realistic, prioritized and outcome driven
Align design, engineering and stakeholder teams around a unified product direction
Set standards for decision making, product discovery, experimentation and delivery
Ensure teams ship fast without sacrificing clarity or product integrity
Evaluate performance using data, user research and business metrics
Create a product culture built on ownership, speed and focus
Raise the product bar across all Humané products and client engagements
Skill & Experience Expectations
Experience leading product teams or managing multiple PMs
Strong background in mobile and web based products
Expertise in product strategy, discovery, prioritization and execution
Ability to operate with incomplete information and make fast, confident decisions
Deep understanding of UX, user psychology and product-market fit
Ability to partner closely with engineering leadership and design teams
Comfort working with data, insights and experimentation frameworks
Clear executive level communication in remote environments
Ability to influence, align and drive momentum across teams
Requirements
7+ years of product management experience
Experience owning full product strategy at a senior or leadership level
Proven track record shipping real products that generated revenue or scaled significantly
Experience guiding cross functional teams toward measurable outcomes
Ability to manage multiple product streams with clarity and discipline
Strong leadership, strategic thinking and operational excellence
High accountability and a mindset built on ownership, not supervision
