What We Look For
Create, evolve and scale Humané’s brand identity across all digital and physical touchpoints
Develop complete visual systems, brand guidelines, typography standards and cohesive design languages
Own the creative direction for key brand assets and ensure consistency across every channel
Produce high quality marketing visuals including social content, campaigns, website graphics and case studies
Translate abstract concepts and strategic ideas into clear, premium visual storytelling
Support product and company launches with strong brand positioning materials
Explore new brand directions, refine concepts and elevate Humané’s overall aesthetic standard
Work fast, iterate intelligently and deliver polished, production ready assets
Maintain a world class, refined and consistent brand identity at all times
Responsibilities
Experience designing for premium tech brands, agencies or high end creative studios
Strong expertise in identity design and scalable brand systems
Mastery of typography, layout, grids, spacing and visual hierarchy
Ability to build full brand ecosystems, not just one off visuals or logo designs
Proficiency with Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop or equivalent brand design tools
Experience creating marketing visuals, landing pages and social campaigns
Strong aesthetic judgement and ability to maintain strict brand consistency
Ability to operate independently in a fast moving environment
Requirements
5+ years of brand design or visual identity experience
A portfolio with real, shipped brand identities — not student work, templates or unused concepts
Proven ability to produce premium, intentional and refined visual design
Experience working directly with founders, creative leads or leadership-level stakeholders
Strong communication and ability to clearly articulate design decisions
High ownership mindset, discipline, and ability to work remote without supervision
